Since then, Jim has presented marketing programs and consulting for car dealers and lots of other businesses in over 450 cities across America.  He's author of the book, Don't Just Make a Sale, Make a Difference, as well as numerous audio and video programs, including Prospering in Mega Competitive Times, Increasing Dealer Ad Impact, and TV: The Dealer's Edge.  He's a member of the National Speakers Association and holds their CSP designation, earned by fewer than 8% of all professional speakers in the world.
